In the free intro class, your one-on-one coach for the session will introduce you to the core concepts of Crossfit, what exactly we do and why, our class structure, and then guide you through your first personally coached workout. Our goal with this class is to give you an introduction to our facility, CrossFit, and the glorious feeling of your first CrossFit workout.
Free Intro classes is suitable for all fitness levels. We’ve designed our intro classes to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of fitness background and experience.
In the fundamentals we will teach you the basics of CrossFit’s fundamental movements. We break these into three different personal training sessions and each day teach a different progression covering the nine fundamental lifts in CrossFit: the back squat, front squat and overhead squat (all covered in day 1); Strict Press and Snatch (covered on day 2); Clean and Jerk (covered on day 3). Following the instructional portion of each fundamental class you will go through a workout.
This constantly varied class combines cardiovascular movements with high-rep weight lifting movements to deliver a unique, high energy experience. By combining light weight-training and body weight movements performed at high-intensity, this class is tons of fun, high-impact and is sure to tone muscle, burn fat, and increase muscular endurance
Reform is designed to build the foundations of general fitness in a timely, but safe manner. Our aim is to help you achieve your goal whether that is to lose weight, become stronger, or simply get fit. The reform program allows us, as coaches, to get to know you and to better prepare you for your goals.
60-minute group class that is led by one of our certified coaches and consists of a warmup, strength or skill and a workout of the day (WOD). Our classes are built on the Crossfit methodology of constantly varied, functional movements done at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts efficiently combines the most effective training methods of endurance, weightlifting, gymnastics, and high intensity cardio. Overall, the aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience.
Competition class allows athletes with an interest in pursuing CrossFit as a sport to hone the finer points of their game. Expect the entire two hours to be filled from start to finish with strength work, auxiliary work, and metcon(s), which will often incorporate more challenging skills and combinations of movements.
This is a specialty class dedicated for members looking to train exclusively in Olympic Weightlifting, and Strength and Power building, and accessory work to assist in lifting technique and overall strength. This will consist of 3 – 5 programmed training sessions per week with weekly check ins by the coach and video analysis of your lifts.
Members are invited to train during non-class hours providing they follow a few simple rules.
