Your days of walking into the gym and not knowing what to do are over! When you walk into one of our small group CrossFit classes, we will help you scale the movements and the workout to fit your needs and fitness levels.
60-minute group class that is led by one of our certified coaches and consists of a warmup, strength or skill and a workout of the day (WOD).
Our classes are built on the Crossfit methodology of constantly varied, functional movements done at high intensity.
All CrossFit workouts efficiently combines the most effective training methods of endurance, weightlifting, gymnastics, and high intensity cardio.
Overall, the aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results.
The program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience.

CROSSFIT FUNDAMENTALS4 WEEKS
- Learn the basic CrossFit movements and skills required to participate in our group classes. Fundamentals includes:
- (3) one-on-one training sessions with a coach
- (4) weeks of Unlimited Crossfit and Reform
- (2) shadow sessions where a coach will shadow the athlete during the group class
