I’ve been in athletics my entire life. From basketball in my teens and twenties to triathlons and half ironman’s in my thirties. I started Crossfitting in 2010 when a friend of mine introduced me to it to help with my triathlon training. Like most, I was instantly hooked. Since 2010, I’ve competed and judged many Crossfit competitions and love it. The thing I love about Crossfit is it will take your health and fitness to levels you probably could never image and it changes your lifestyle in the most profound and positive way. My main focus as a coach and owner is to impact people’s lives through Crossfit and not only improve their health and fitness but their lives overall. I’m passionate about making sure each and every member reaches his or her goal and has fun doing it in the most encouraging, supportive community possible.
I live by the famous Jim Rohn quote of, “Don’t wish it was easier, wish you were better” but I prefer, “Don’t wish it was easier, make yourself better” and that’s what we are here to do.
