I am the Nutrition Coach at Carson Crossfit. I have implemented a results driven approach to nutrition coaching in collaboration with Healthy Steps Nutrition and backed by a registered dietitian. 80% of weight loss has to do with nutrition but nutrition is a key aspect to building lean muscle and living a healthy, happy lifestyle. I’m here to customize a nutrition plan for each client the helps them achieve the results they are looking for.
I have been an avid Crossfitter for about 7 years. I love to work with our members to make sure they have the best experience at Carson Crossfit. My goal is to ensure everyone is achieving their goals and having fun doing it.
