This is a specialty class dedicated for members looking to train exclusively in Olympic Weightlifting, and Strength and Power building, and accessory work to assist in lifting technique and overall strength.

This will consist of 3 – 5 programmed training sessions per week with weekly check ins by the coach and video analysis of your lifts.
